We are very excited to announce actress Sharae Foxie in the role of Andrea, in "End The Cycle" short film.
We searched the entire Pacific Northwest for the role of Andrea for several months. It took multiple rounds of auditions, and self-tape submissions, as well as reaching out to our supporters, our inner circle, and even our friends at Cast Iron Studios, to find an actress to portray this role.
We are so grateful to all of you for your support on our search over these past few months, and to all of the actresses that auditioned and laid their hearts out on the table for us.
It was very important for us, to find a strong woman of color, with an under lying vulnerability to tell Andrea's story, and when you see this film you will understand why.
Sharae Foxie is a Bay Area native who has trained at The William Esper Studio and The Barrow Group in New York, The Nancy Banks Studio and The Elizabeth Mestnik Acting Studio in Los Angeles, and at Act Now Studio in Portland. Sharae's recent film credits include leading roles in "Previous Man" and "Counterintelligence", with supporting roles in "The untitled Macon Blair Project", "Intersection", and "Undeserved". Her upcoming credits include supporting roles in "The Brain That Wouldn't Die" and "North and Nowhere". She is thrilled to join the stellar cast of "End the Cycle" and is grateful to be able to honor her passion for storytelling while working alongside such talented actors, directors, writers, and film crew here in the Pacific Northwest.
